Return Policy

Return of an online order

We would be delighted if you are happy with your purchase. However, should you wish to make a return, the following conditions apply.

 (1) Items ordered may be returned if a return request is recorded within 24 hours of delivery of the product by sending an email to with the following information:

- Order number.
- Refund/Exchange
- Reason for Refund/Exchange

(2) The ordered items can be returned/exchanged only under the following conditions:

- The customer has received a damaged product.

- The customer has received a wrong product than what is stated on the order/invoice. (size, color, type)

(3) Items ordered can only be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging and all labels are intact. Shoes must be returned with their shoe box as this is considered part of the product.

(4) Due to Covid Guidelines, the return or exchange of a product is ultimately dependent on the individual vendor and therefore may vary from vendor to vendor. The exchange conditions of the individual providers can be found on the respective product pages under "Additional Information".

(5) In case a return/exchange is accepted, a return fee of Rs.350 /- will be applicable.

(6) To initiate a return, you may contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

(7) Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and we will not be responsible for those items.

(8) Refunds will be in the form of credits less shipping charges. Credits are 100% redeemable against any product on and are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g., food), custom items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of clearance items or gift cards.


We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. Refunds will only be approved if Kidding Around sent a damaged or incorrect product. If this is the case, the refund will automatically be made to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take 7/14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
